Snakes on a Plane: It lived up to the hype. Of course I think it should/could of been cornier. I don't think it'll stand up to repeat viewings either, but its a great movie when  your in a packed theater and everyone is participating. The lines are quotable, Samuel L. is hilarious, and the snakes are on a plane. Im giving this a good rating because they tried to make it a good time and thats what it was. "That's it. I've had it with these mother fuckin' snakes on this mother fuckin' plane!!"

Miami Vice: Just ok. Not as good as Heat or Collateral. I was majorly confused. There really isn't a whole lot to say. It was alright. Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx were average. Didn't really care too strong about it, but it wasn't bad. Just bland.

You, Me and Dupree: I heard really bad things about this before I went in and I was expecting the worst. Seriously, I read some 1 out of 10 reviews online. Maybe cuz of that I actually thought it was pretty funny. Matt Dillon I didn't think contributed to the mix but I had a general good  time with this movie. I saw alot of similiarities between me and Dupree (no job, rides a bike, moocher). There was some really funny moments. Owen Wilson can pull it off by himself and this movie proved it to me.

Lady in the Water: Lemme just say this: M. Night Shyamalan-stop making your parts in your movies bigger and bigger each time. He wants a cameo, alright. Sweet. But his roles in his movies really do get bigger and bigger as they go on. And he's not even that great. I will say hes a good director though, but not a great writer. He needs to adapt other people's stories instead of doing the "Directed, Written, and Produced by" thing because his last three movies were less than stellar. This film was probably better than The Village, though, but still not amazing or nearly as good as Unbreakable (his best) and The Sixth Sense. It was silly. Paul Giovanni was great, as usual. If he wasn't in this movie it would of been alot worse. I'm gonna bet he'll be in the next movie too that Shyamalan does. He does this double actor thing. Bruce Willis was in both Sixth Sense and Unbreakable, then Joaquin Phoenix was in Signs and The Village, and Bryce Dallas Howard was in The Village and this. I think the end of Lady in the Water should of been everyone descovering that the fairy or whatever she was, was actually an escaped mental patient.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest: Not nearly as good as the first. Not even close. The first film was an all around good movie. The story worked, there wasn't anything unnecessary, and the pacing was good. This movie was a mess. The pacing was off, the story was all over the place, and just about every other scene was unnecessary. I call this the "Matrix Reloaded" of the Pirates saga. When they film movies back to back like they did for Pirates 2 and 3, and Matrix 2 and 3, they end up pretty bad. They just assume people will see the next one, so they make half a movie and stretch it out really far. It's not like Lord of the Rings where things happen, people die, and shit goes down. This movie is just silliness from beginning to end. Jack Sparrow didn't even have that many funny lines, and the ones he did have were in the trailer. I assume the next one will be better because it will have an ending but its still going to be a mess. They should of made 2 and 3 each their own seperate story. Go see Superman instead. Pirates is making millions and millions of dollars but its not even that good. It proves that a movie doesn't have to be good to make alot of money. The Pacifier is a good example of this. But on the flip side, the visual effects were probably the best of the year.

Superman Returns: First time around I was disapointed cuz I didn't know what to expect and they took "liberties" with the character that I didn't like. And while I still don't think they should of done what they did, see the movie and you'll understand, I still think its a pretty good film. It had some moments I choked up a little bit. I think it could of been better, they got on this whole tangent that they based the theme of the movie on that I didn't like. Brandon Routh was a really good Superman/Clark Kent I thought. They needed more scenes with him, especially the Clark Kent scenes, which were some of the best in the movie. Kevin Spacey also was good as Lex Luthor, I wouldn't imagine someone else in the part, although I think his henchmen could of been a little more threatening. Everyone else in the cast was pretty good too. They really needed to bring in a super powered villian in this, though. Unfortunately, they played it safe by using old villians. They took a risk, but in the wrong area. The visual effects were great too, though. Im glad they continued it from the old movies, but its tough to draw in a crowd for a sequel to a film made in the 70's. The budget was too big as well for this, so I wouldn't be suprised if this movie is considered a flop in the theaters, but thats ok because generally "good films" dont make as much money as you'd think. King Kong barely made over its production value, and that doesn't mean the movie was bad, just nobody was really interested. They were too busy seeing Narnia.

The Fast and the Furious: Toyko Drift: This movie was by no means good. The acting was awful, the actual story was just iffy, but it did have some fun car sequences. I'll admit I love the cars and the races in the first two movies. They can be alot of fun, especially in a big theater with booming stereo surround sound. I'm not a big fan of how they got rid of Paul Walker. He's not a great actor, but I think he's better than the guy in this. The villian in this is really bad too, and he's just annoying to look at. Check it out and you'll see why, I don't want to spoil anything. This movie probably had more story than 2 Fast 2 Furious, and at least it didn't have Tyrese in it, so I don't think this is as bad as it could of been, but lets face it, when you see a Fast and the Furious movie  your expecting bad acting, lame story, and bad ass cars and women. Go in with the lowest expectations and  you might come out with something.
6 out of 10

X-Men: The Last Stand: Not as good as it should of been, but I don't think its a big deal. They switched directors, they didn't have a whole lot of time. For the most part it was pretty awesome. Its the most fun out of the X-Men films, but the silliest. It's too short too, at only 1 hour and 45 minutes long. I liked how they wrapped up all the characters, and even if they only had small parts, introduced new ones. I loved the Ice Man vs. Pyro fight, and "I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!".
*Spoilers-Don't read if you haven't seen*
I liked how they wrapped up just about everything. Wolverine went from outsider and loner to teacher. Magneto and Rogue gained their powers in the first movie, and lost them in this movie. Things went full circle. I liked how things were actually at stake, and people could just die at any time, or lose their powers. The last X-Men films you didn't worry about anything happening to the characters, but in this movie people were killed. At least 1000 mutants/humans were killed.
*End Spoilers*
Over all I liked X-Men: The Last Stand alot. X2 is still the best of the series, but this one is the most entertaining with all the eye candy. I could much easily pop this one in, than X-Men or X2 anyday, with the short running time and fun.

M:i:III: I think this movie was pretty bad ass. I mean I think it made alot of sense and I think it was generally well acted and alot of fun. The action scenes are amazing too. Honestly, people need to look beyond the fact that Tom Cruise has been silly in the news lately. The guy can act, lets face it. Also, Shaun of the Dead is in this movie! C'mon, now!
8 out of 10

Scary Movie 4: Maybe a little funnier than the others in some regard. Less sex jokes, at least. But still, the Scary Movie franchise I think its pretty lame. They have about one joke per movie that I actually laugh out loud at. There were a couple moments in this but alot of stupidity.
5 out of 10

Silent Hill: I think the exposition killed the ending, but I think for a horror movie this stood up pretty well. The monsters were cool and it was pretty original. The soundtrack was great too. When you see a horror movie you have to lower your standards a bit because generally they all suck in some way. There are only a few great horror films out there. Obviously they should make more, but I can appreciate this movie not being a total waste of time. The gore was very cool. Pyramid head was one of the coolest looking villians I've seen in awhile too.
7 out of 10

V for Vendetta: One of the best movies Ive seen in a looooong time. Awesome. Amazing. I didn't have any problems with this movie what-so-ever. I read the novel and there was times it dragged, so I was glad they changed some things for this. Hugo Weaving was the perfect V, and I think there could of been better actresses for Evey, than Natalie Portman, but I think she did a pretty good job. After she gets torchured I think is some of the best stuff she's ever done. I thought they made alot of bold statements in this movie, and Im glad. They need to make more movies like this, instead of wimping out. DC comic movies are kicking so much ass right now. Batman Begins, then this, and then Superman Returns.
10 out of 10

Dave Chapelle's Block Party: I really liked this alot, I think it had too much music tho. I mean its a Block party, its supposed to have music but I mean it's alot different when you see that stuff in real life than in a movie. Only certain ppl can go buy a Rolling Stones concert dvd and watch the whole thing. The music was pretty good for the most part, and the parts that were funny were really funny.
9 out of 10

The Hills Have Eyes
: Not as good as I hoped, I had high expectations, but it was generally alot of fun. The story got silly at the end, and when you see it you'll understand what I mean but it was still pretty awesome. I still can't tell if some of the mutants were really disfigured or not, this deserves a makeup effects nomination. Pryo from "X2" was pretty bad ass in this.
8 out of 10

Ultraviolet: Very cartoony and pretty silly. Some parts were cool but it just got so ridiculous. It was a total geek movie too. Milla is awesome generally all the time but the supporting cast wasn't even a little bit interesting. But the opening credits were cool, very "Spider-Man 2" like.
4.5 out of 10

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe: I finally got to see this movie! Seriously the amount of times I was gonna see it and something happened was like...in the millions. So even thought this is a 2005 movie, I saw it in 06. But, anyway, I thought it was amazing. Not a movie fault but the main kid, Edmund I think, who caused all the trouble really pissed me off. Whenever he was on screen I just wanted him to go analy raped. But like I said that's not the movie's fault. I think the CG is really good but not as good as "King Kong". I heard alot going in about how it's really supposed to be about the story of Jesus, I dunno about that. But it's definately a really good movie. The very end wasn't so hott tho, but not a big deal at all.
10 out of 10

Date Movie: It had one or two funny parts but thats it. I don't see how people can find that stuff funny anymore. People getting the shit beat out of them isn't funny, it died with Chris Farley.
4 out of 10

Eight Below: Kinda silly but I liked it. I don't think Paul Walker is as bad as most ppl think, he's just blah. Blah actors are ok with movies like this. For a Disney movie tho it was pretty intense at times, and sad. Some of the parts aren't necessary too and don't really add much to the story, but it's seriously not a bad movie at all.
7 out of 10

Underworld: Evolution: Both this and the first aren't awful but not as good as they could be. They are just kinda bland and hard to follow. There's so much weird backstory and things happen you just don't get. Both are total geek movies. I think this might be better than the last one, but not by much. I can say I actually really was into it until near the middle. The sex scene was pretty awesome, though. The movie just requires so much backstory its hard to understand, and even then if you understand it, do you care? I don't think I did at all, but I gotta applaud their continuity from the last. Flawless. And the cgi was pretty top notch too.
7 out of 10

Hostel: I was soooo disturbed by this movie. Not in any sense cuz of the  gore so much, even though this really made me cringe sometimes, but the whole movie just had this feeling to it. Like I was depressed the whole time and the characters just creeped me out. Even the naked girls who you were unbelievably hott...creeped me out. Cuz you knew the were bad, and you just wanted to punch them! I wanted to fight just about everyone in the movie. I liked it alot though, it just made me really nervous to watch.
8 out of 10

Munich: I thought this was a lil too long as well but really good. It's one of those movies that gets better when you think about it. It's full of high tension situations, I was seriously on the edge of my seat for most of the movie. I didn't know what was gonna happen until they skipped to the next scene. It was brutal, and so was the violence. I watched some of The Devil's Rejects the next day and the violence, altho more, was not nearly as bad. Steven Spieldberg really has a gift of capturing horrific war scenes. People getting mowed down with machine gun fire, it's really pretty realistic. It had a good message tho asking the question of whether it's really justified violence to go in and kill someone who's responsible for murdering someone. Will revenge really solve the problem? Eric Bana was awesome as well, he's an underrated actor. There was some scenes where alot of jokes could be made but that didn't affect the quality of the movie at all. It's all confusing too if you don't understand Jewish and Palestinian history and heritage.
10 out of 10

Fun with Dick and Jane: I wasn't really in the humor mood when I saw this, so I didn't laugh a whole lot even though I could tell some of it was really funny. Your mood definately changes how you feel about the movie alot of the time, and people have to realize that when they see these things. There was some really great parts, most of which were shown in the trailer. Keep an eye out when Jim Carrey dances around like a puppet, it's hilarious. Tea Leoni who I generally hate in anything shes in was pretty good in this too. It's great to see a character actually goin along with her husbands crazy ideas rather than criticize him.
7 out of 10

The Ringer: Better than I expected but not amazing. The audience was going nuts, though, but they were all teenagers. I really think this is, like, stupid humor though. Sometimes stupid humor works, and I guess this works alot of the time but the jokes have no substance at all. The butt of every joke is basically,"Oh I get it, because he's retarded." They did a good job on turning it around to make the mentally challenged people the heroes though. Johnny Knoxville I think is actually pretty talented, I hope he gets better material as time goes on.

King Kong
: Since im such a big fan of the original movie I had high hopes and alot of expectations. I don't think Jack Black was necessarily right for the role of Carl Denham. Not because he's normally a funny actor, just as general as it sounds..they could of gotten someone who fit the character more. I thought the 3 hr running time was a bit harsh, but its only slow at the beginning, and maybe because its almost a full hour until we get to Skull Island. If they put out an extended edition dvd it will prolly fill out with more Skull island after all. I had to see this twice to really get an understanding of it, and while I love the original movie I understand why they changed alot of the things they did. The old one is very Hollywood and they wanted to make this more realistic. Not in the sense of adventure and realism, but their depiction of the natives in the original is definately full blown Hollywood. The song the natives sing and the costumes of all the actors also looks fake if you really look at it. So while its a classic and one of the best movies of all time, I understand why they'd want to change some things for this one. That being said, the remake is amazing. Even though Kong is CG you totally feel for him way more than anyone else in the movie, and not just because he's the title character. There are moments when my eyes literally tear up because im either loving it so much or because I know whats coming. A perfect example of this is when Kong and Ann are on the top of the Empire State building and you see the planes fly by for the first time. It's definately a sad moment. Naomi Watts is also amazing in this movie, she deserves alot of credit for putting that much credibility into the role with acting to basically nothing. The CGI is the best of the year, hands down. It's not perfect, no movie is, and has its moments of camp I didn't like. Bruce Baxter swinging from a rope shooting a machine gun is one of them. There is also too much slow motion in the movie. It's ok sometimes, but why zoom in on a skull in slow motion? Over all though King Kong is one of the best, if not the best, movies all year.
10 out of 10

The Legend of Zorro: I really actually liked the first one alot. It was alot of fun. This one wasn't so much fun. However, it would prolly be more fun if I was...a 60yr old woman because all the jokes were spouse related humor. Domestic disturbances and junk. Not very funny to a 20 yr old guy. KnowhatImean? It had it's moments of awesome, but not as much as I would of thought. The villian is lame too.
6 out of 10

SAW II: 1o times better than the last one. I only had two little gripes with it and one was one of the characters and the other is the ending. Not a huge fan of the ending. Regardless an awesome movie.
8 out of 10

Domino: Better than I thought. Kiera Knightly naked Mickey Rourke Christopher Walken = awesome. I really didn't mind this movie at all, Im not gonna lie. I liked "Man on Fire" better (by the same director) except for Dakota Fanning, I just have a thing against her. Most reviews are blasting this movie because it's shot in the same style as "Man on Fire" but who the hell cares? I thought it was really entertaining. The only thing I really, really hate about it is Missy Elliot. Get these retarded ass rap stars out of movies. The narration for the whole movie gets old fast too. It was a fun cool little movie tho.
7 out of 10

Waiting...: I am not usually a fan of like sex jokes, and even tho I thought alot of them in this movie sucked, I still like the movie. Ryan Reynolds is the shit and he boosts up any movie that he is in. The funniest thing about the movie was "The Brain!!" and Dane Cook. Pretty funny movie but not amazing at all.
7 out of 10

Corpse Bride: Alot more entertaining than I originally thought it would be. Started off slow and I'm just thinking,"Ohh it's gonna be boring." But once they got to the actual Corpse Bride showing up it was pretty awesome. Makes me wanna watch "Nightmare before Christmas" again. I dunno what's up with Tim Burton using the same cast over and over again. Half of this was also in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
8 out of 10

A History of Violence: Strange but awesome movie. Pretty F*in' good all the way through. Violence was amazing! There are some boring moments, but I'm not gonna blame the movie cuz I have a short attention spand. I'm gonna pick up the comic a.s.a.p.
8 out of 10

Into the Blue: Not the most amazing movie, but I had a good time. Seriously, alot of fun. It had it's moments of shit, but what doesn't? Besides Raiders of the Lost Ark and Back to the Future, NOT MUCH! Jessica Alba is in a bathing suit for the entire movie! Not worth the ticket price, but sneaking in - definately worth it. I can best explain this movie as like...a guilty pleasure thriller.
7 out of 10

Sky High: Kurt Russell is the man whatever he is in, that's all I gotta say. No, actually there is more. This movie was ok. It was fun, but the ending was so crappy. I'd say I liked alot of it, except the ending. There were alot of really goofy gay parts.
6 out of 10

The Lord of War: Too long, but good. Kinda hard to understand alot of the time, maybe it's just me because im simple minded, but it was confusing. The politics in gun running. The ending was very awesome, and I liked the whole basic message of the story, there was just some slow parts.
8 out of 10

The Exorcism of Emily Rose: Not scary at all. You have to be really easy to scare if this movie scares you, but it was still pretty good.
8 out of 10

Broken Flowers: Really good movie, ending was a little iffy for me but besides that I liked this movie alot.
9 out of 10

The Brother's Grimm: Pretty boring for most of the movie. It started off pretty sweet and then just worse as it went. Acting was still good, just not a big fan of where they went with the story. The effects weren't so hot either, but that's not what brings the movie down.
5.5 out of 10

The 40 Year Old Virgin: Actually really funny. I didn't think it would be so hot cuz the trailers made it seem dumb. But then I saw the movie and was like,"Ohhhh, ok that makes sense now." Steve Carrell really did an awesome job as the lead actor, and I loved all the movie cameos they showed (Dawn of the Dead, etc.) I don't really like that it turns into a love story at the end, but its cool.
8 out of 10

Red Eye: The first half, all the while they are in the plane, isn't really bad. It's not amazing, but it's not awful. Once they get off the plane though, it just kinda sucks. For some reason too, Wes Craven has to throw in all these characters that have way too much personality. Not like main characters, but just background characters. The end just turns into another "Scream" movie too. What happened to you, Wes. You used to be cool.
6 out of 10

The Devil's Rejects: Better than I expected. If you could rate a movie on gore and nudity alone it would get a 10, cuz this was ridiculous. I didn't really like where the story went sometimes, and some of the actors were annoying, but for a horror/suspense movie it did a pretty good job.
7 out of 10

Bad News Bears: As awesome as Billy Bob Thorton is, I don't think it's enough to save the movie. I just don't think it makes any sense. Like there is some movies you can just tell isn't really based in reality, so when corny stuff happens it's cool. But in this movie I just had no clue. The kids are so bad at acting. And yah kids suck in movies in general, most of the time, but the kids in "Kicking and Screaming" were 10X better actors. I can't even say the kids in this were up to the level of 'Disney Channel' actors. Plus I think they brought up things to the plot that weren't really resolved at all. Like having a character act a certain way thats negative to the other characters but not explain why. Everything was such a cliche. Just because it's a remake doesn't mean you gotta redo the same old shit. Like 'Dawn of the Dead' remake was awesome and barely had any traits from the original. I'm willing to sacrifice changing things to make it a better story and have it make sense. "Every kid has to become a hero" is basically the main ball game at the end. Everyone has to have their moment to shine. Im not professional in the movie biz, but all the characters on the team seriously acted the same. The 'bad ass' kid didn't act bad ass at all. And of course the versing team in the play offs has to be ridiculous evil (like every sports movie on earth). Something different would be nice.
.....SPOILER WARNING.......
The Bears lose in the end, but its retarded because your made to hate the other team so bad because of how much of jerks they are, but then they win and they don't even get like busted. It's just a downer. Not even like many other movies where if the asshole team wins u dont feel bad cuz you know they cheated and aren't "truly winners". It's not like that in this, they just don't win. The end.
........END SPOILER.........
I say stick with other classic kid movies like "The Sandlot", "Mighty Ducks" and "Texas Chainsaw Massacre".
4.5 out of 10

The Island: I thought this was pretty acceptable. It wasn't great..but I don't relly know how it could of been great. I liked the concept, it seemed very 'Logan's Run' but I just think the first half drags at parts. I think it would of made a better short film than a 2hr movie. The chase sequences I thought were pretty sweet. I don't think Michael Bay is awesome or anything, but I like his action sequences for the most part and I think these were some of his better ones. Michael Clarke Duncan also did a better job than expected. It's not without it's obviousness though. The main villian facing off against the hero for no reason at all, for example. You can call the ending. Steve Buscemi is awesome in this too. Nothing that we haven't seen before but pretty fair. Who really WANTED 'The Island' to be amazing awesome anyway?
7 out of 10

The Wedding Crashers: Vince Vaugn's funniest, Id have to say. He had all of the good jokes. Owen Wilson got too dramatized, so I dont blame him, but he wasn't as funny as previous movies. I liked this movie all together expect for some cheap humor that, like, anyone could write. Great movie to quote, though. "MOM!! THE MEATLOAF!! FUCK!!"
9 out of 10

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory: I still like Gene Wilder better. I'd have to say this is a better movie, and even tho Johnny Depp is one of the best actors out there right now, I don't think how he played the character was so great. Not even that he was creepy, just not as much personality. Gene Wilder is the man, too. The songs were a million times better tho, and other wise it was a total improvement from the last. But like I said, Gene Wilder= THE MAN.
8 out of 10

Dark Water: Basically..."The Ring 2" but with Jennifer Connoly. Seriously, it's like the same movie. Not so much a horror movie than a suspense movie about motherhood.
5 out of 10

Fantastic Four: Could of been alot better, but cool at alot of moments. Human Torch was cool, but I didn't like the Thing half the time. Plus the ending with him is lame. It was over-done and campy. It's nothing compared to greats like "Spider-Man 2" or "X2", but it still had its moments. There was alot I remember in the trailers that was cut out of the movie, I feel like it's another "Daredevil", that was just spliced up to shit in the editing room. There's only like a good 20 minutes that I relly don't like, other wise I can live with the rest. I can only imagine how much better it could of been in the hands of a better director.
7 out of 10

War of the Worlds: Old school Spieldberg all the way, I liked this alot. Tom Cruise's kids pissed me off alot, but it was definately a good interesting story that was different in alot of ways. I can't see how people can say stuff like "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" was better when that was full of action cliches, at least this had alot of originality. Tom Cruise was awesome too.
8 out of 10

Batman Begins: The only problems i have with this movie is the running time (2 1/2hrs) and some comic-to-movie problems. The movie is really good though, I just wish they kept some things the same from the comics and Animated series. Plus it feels like forever. All the acting is great, effects are great, directing is great. It's a big time crowd pleaser. Christian Bale was an awesome Bruce Wayne, but there was some times as Batman where I cringed. Morgan Freeman and Cillian Murphy were show stealers. The ending couldn't be beat either.
9 out of 10

Mr. and Mrs. Smith: Half of the action was cool and half of it sucked alot. The movie was pretty funny, though and Angelina Jolie is amazing.
8 out of 10

Cinderella Man: Pretty good, even though alot of stereotypical parts happen. I hate Renee Zelwegger too, especially in period movies. It's a good movie, really well done, but it's basically Sea Biscuit all over again, but about boxing.
8 out of 10

The Longest Yard: I didn't think this was funny at all. I didn't laugh once. Chris Rock is god awful. It was hilarious when he died. That's right, spoiler, he dies...and it's hilarious.
5 out of 10

Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith: Once you get over all the hype and excitement of seeing a Star Wars movie you have to come to realize that they aren't that great. The original trilogy is still amazing, but the new ones suck. George Lucas doesn't know what he's doing, lets face it boys and girls. I'd say though that Ep. III was probably the best of the new trilogy. The fight scenes were awesome, it was dark and gruesome, and of course the cgi was still incredible. If you like subtlty like me though, forget about it. Everything is flashy and right in your face at all times. Alot, and most, of the lines kinda suck. Darth Vader's scene was almost ruined by a really retarded line at the end. For all of its flaws there are good things to say too, but I think Episode III wasnt anything near what it SHOULD of been. Most of my expectations were ruined in Episode II, unfortunately. Hayden Christenson is the worst actor in history, except for Tyrese in "2 Fast 2 Furious". Natalie Portman also didn't deliver. As cool as the last lightsaber duel is between Obi Wan and Anakin Skywalker, it's also pretty ridiculous. They're swinging on ropes at one point! I wish they hadn't killed Darth Maul is Ep. I, I think he could of made the trilogy way more interesting. Way too many cameo's by original trilogy characters too. Like we get it, already. What the hell is Chewbacca doing there?
7.5 out of 10

Unleashed: Pretty good f-in' movie! Kudos to Bob Hoskins! Probably Jet Li's best movie, also. I also really liked the music by RZA. Check it out.

Kicking and Screaming: Kids in movies always suck and this was no exception. Will Farrell was almost at his comedic best, however. I laughed a bunch of times for his jokes.
"If the pizza does not arrive...I've decided that we will eat Byon Sun. Ok, we won't him. But ya gotta admit he looks tasty."

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Not very funny..at all. Good effects and make up. Really good job there, but it's hard to get invested in a story where ANYTHING can happen. Literally anything. Besides that, alot of the acting sucked. Earth got blown up and the last two remaining Humans didn't care.

Kung Fu Hustle: Pretty entertaining with a crappy ending. Different than most Kung Fu movies, but I enjoyed this and had alot of fun watching it.

The Amityville Horror: Better than I expected, alot different from what horror usually puts out these days. There's a long back story of me and this Amityville thing, so I was very critical, but I liked it. I like the original more, even though it's cheesy, but this one was still pretty good.

Sahara: I was so tired when I saw this movie, so I can't even tell you if it was entertaining. When your tired every movie is boring. It got pretty ridiculous near the end, though. If it was just the search for the ship, it would have been more entertaining, but it had to do with some story about contaminated water. I think it started off better than it ended.

Fever Pitch: Not very funny. Drew Barrymore sucked, she wasn't anything special. It had it's moments, though, not many, however. I hate saying this, but see 'Guess Who' instead. At least it has The Mac.

Sin City: One of my favorite movies of all time, amazing, I can't think of enough good things to say about this movie. If you don't see it, your a loser!

Guess Who: Like, maybe a few parts were funny. There's alot of ridiculousness, that doesn't many any sense for the plot of the story. For example: Why would he say he counts them being together from the first time they had sex, when he's trying to hard to impress his father-in-law? That doesn't make sense. But Burne Mac is still pretty funny.

Robots: Not nearly as good as The Incredibles, but kinda fun with some good tunes. Not relly funny tho. It's little kid funny.

The Ring Two: I really didnt think this was that bad. My friends hated it, but it was original. It tried to be different and not have the same scares, so Im gonna give it credit. You can't blame a movie for not being scary, because everyone has different things that scare them. It wasn't as good as the first, but some parts were relly cool and creepy. And when you compare it to the other horror movies that came out this year, its certainly alot better.

Hostage: The opening of the movie was very Sin City-like. I enjoyed this movie, for the most part. Bruce Willis is always good, and there were some cool parts that were fresh and different for the whole genre. Near the end it got a little strange with some odd religious references, but still not bad. A good action flick.

The Pacifier: Worst movie Ive seen so far this year. God awful. Even for a kids movie it was ridiculously cliche'd. Don't see this at all. Nobody laughed in the theater either. It was just stupid.

Be Cool: Never saw Get Shorty, so alot of the jokes went right over my head. Didn't really like this movie too much. It's more for the age group of 30-50. Way too many dumb inside jokes about celebrities. A movie made for celebrities by celebtities. Go see it if you like The Rock.

The Jacket: Kiera Knightly naked. But also it was pretty good.

Hitch: I don't like chick flicks. I would suppose that it's well made, but still...I don't like chick flicks. They showed all the jokes in the trailer.

Cursed: Not too good. Very clichee'd and retarded. I liked one part, when the Werewolf was in the parking garage, but thats about it. And I liked how Michael Rosenbaum is in it, from t.v.'s Smallville.

Constantine: The ending was confusing, and too complicated, but I liked this movie alot. It was alot better then the last two Matrix movies, at least. The special effect were excellent, and I liked the differences they did with the story compared to other movies about Hell. There was some dumb lines: "Do you believe in the devil? Well you should. He believes in you.", but Keunu did a good job.

Million Dollar Baby: Even tho this is also a 2004 movie, I thought it was really good. I liked the second half better than the first half, however. I thought the first half, even though it was pretty good, was just a typical boxing story. Training a girl to fight isn't a big shock or anything that hasn't been done before. The second half was really good. Morgan Freeman has a great scene when he 'steps back into the ring'. Highly recommend this movie.

Hotel Rwanda: A 2004 movie, Don Cheadle was great in this. I think he deserves the Best Actor award for it. They managed to pull off a good sense of genocide with only a PG-13 rating. I didn't really like his wife all that much, though.
9.5 out of 10

Boogeyman: I never had high hopes for this movie. Just because Sam Raimi produced it, doesn't mean it's going to be that great. He produced the Grudge and that kinda sucked. It's pretty tame for a horror flick. All the scares were pop-outs, which is cheap. At the end of the movie, if you think about it, none of it makes any sense. Like there was no real conclusion. I liked the style of the movie, and some of the shots were cool though. CGI villians are also not a good thing. A good movie to bring a girl to if you want some cuddle action, but besides that it's a renter.

Hide and Seek: I think this movie sucked. It was pretty boring and I dont know why Deniro makes movies like this. Im not a big Dakota Fanning fan either.
3 out of 10

Assualt and Precinct 13: I never saw the John Carpenter original, so I did not have any expectations going in. Ja Rule brings any movie he is in down a notch but thankfully he didn't do much to make the movie better or worse. I enjoyed the movie alot. It was a cool action movie with some obvious plot twists along the way. Realistic and edgy, I liked the characters and was satisfied with the plot. Ethan Hawk never does a bad job, but it's hard to take Laurence Fishburn seriously after finding out he was 'Cowboy Curtis' in 'Pee Wee's Playhouse'.

White Noise: For a horror movie It had it's moments. Better than most of the junk coming out of the horror market these days. It's definately a crowd pleaser for people who are easily scared.
