Ok - so I got called out to this job in Cape Canaveral, FL at the last minute.  Not too shabby considering it is a manatee/sea turtle environmental compliance job.  It is land based and my condo is on the beach and it got me away from the office and home for awhile.  Aslo the extra money is nice so I treated myself to a great new digital camera (which helps pass the time). 

Well - I was under the impression it was to be for about 7-10 days.  Well it has turned into 4 weeks!!!  I didn't pack for 4 weeks!  I want to be home with my babies, my bed and tv!  The shifts are 12 hrs and that leaves about enough time to shower and eat before bed.  I am bored and want to be home and go out with my girls!  Hell - I will only be home a couple of weeks before I leave to go home to IL for Christmas.
