Hey Everyone!! 
My ‘space’ has been undergoing some changes recently, as I’m sure you can see. I’ve put up some new material for you. I spent last week and the previous week recording one of my new songs, called Colombia/Todavia En Colombia 
. I have the English version as well as the Spanish version up on here, & I’ve put up lyrics for all the three tracks; I know some of you were asking about it, so there you go! 
I figured I would take some time to let you know about my new song on Myspace, in case you were wondering what it was about. I saw this program, a documentary, called “The Kidnapping of Ingrid Betancourt” on television a few months ago or so. It was about the current situation in Colombia, and about a woman, Ingrid Betancourt who was running for President in 2002 under her party, the Green-Oxygen party. She met with the FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia) group, protesting against the group having kidnapped so many people, (currently holding 3,000 hostages). The kidnapping has been going on for years, and she was out fighting to stop it once and for all. She herself was unfortunately kidnapped after meeting with the group, and today she is still a prisoner, separated from her family and unable to fight for her cause. There are still negotiations going on to try to free Ingrid, however no compromise has been reached yet. I was so moved after I saw the documentary, I wrote a song about it that night, and that song, Todavia en Colombia/Colombia is dedicated to Ingrid Betancourt and her cause.

¡Hola Uds! Mi ‘espacio’ ha cambiado gradualmente. Yo sé que Uds lo han visto. En Myspace, he puesto una nueva canción, que se llama <<Todavia en Colombia>> (tengo una versión en inglés y español también). La semana pasada, he grabado esta canción en el estudio, y ya ¡está lista ! He puesto las letras de cada canción en el sitio también. Pocas personas querían verlas.
Para mí, la nueva canción es muy importante. Hace tres o cuatro meses pasados, vi un programa, un documentario que se llama “El Secuestro de Ingrid Betancourt” sobre la situación en Colombia, y sobre Ingrid Betancourt que se presenta como candidata para el presidente con el partido Verde-Oxígeno en 2002. Ingrid encontró con el grupo, FARC (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia), y protestó contra el grupo porque están secuestrando tantas personas (ya tiene 3,000 captivos). El secuestro ha durado mucho tiempo, para muchos anos, y ella luchaba para eliminar esos secuestros. Ella, tambien, fue secuestrado, despues de la reunión con el FARC, y en este momento, todavía es una prisionera. Está separada de la familia, y no puede luchar para su causa ahora. Ya hay negociaciones para liberar a Ingrid Betancourt, pero todavía no hay compromisos. Tenía tantos sentimientos después de mirar el programa, y escribí una canción esa noche. ¿Y la cancion? Todavía en Colombia que se presenta en Myspace. La canción está dedicada a Ingrid Betancourt y a su causa.
Les diré cuando cambiaré las otras cosas en Myspace o en mi propio sitio. Y también les diré sobre las nuevos acontecimientos. Espero que estén pasando una semana maravillosa!

Salut mes amis! Mon ‘espace’ a changé graduellement. J’en suis sûre que vous pouvez voir. J'ai mis un nouveau matériel pour vous. La semaine passé, dans le studio, j'ai fait un nouvelle chansons, appelé ‘Encore En Colombie’. J'ai la version anglaise et la version espagnole aussi. (Je suis désolé! Je n'ai pas une version française! 
) Aussi, j'ai mis les lyriques pour les trois chansons, est les voilà!
Maintenant j'expliquerai ma nouvelle chanson. Les trois mois passés, j'ai vu un programme, un documentaire, qui s’appellé "l'enlèvement d'Ingrid Betancourt" à la television. C’était au sujet de la situation actuelle en Colombie, et au sujet d'une femme, Ingrid Betancourt qui foncionnait comme le président en 2002 sous sa partie, la partie 'Vert-Oxygène. Elle s’est rencontré avec le groupe de FARC (forces armées révolutionnaires de la Colombie), et elle a protesté contre le groupe ayant enlevé tant de personnes, (actuellement tenant 3,000 otages). L'enlèvement avait continué pendant des années, et elle combattait dehors pour l'arrêter une fois pour toutes. Elle elle-même a été malheureusement enlevée après avoir rencontré le groupe, et aujourd'hui elle est toujours une prisonnière, séparée de sa famille et incapable de combattre pour sa cause. Il y a des négociations immobiles continuant pour essayer de libérer Ingrid, toutefois aucun compromis n'a été encore atteint. Je me suis senti émotif après le programme que j'ai écrit à une chanson à son sujet cette nuit, et cette chanson, ‘Encore en Colombie’, est consacrée à Ingrid Betancourt et à sa cause.
