A new cd is on the way! 

8 brand new songs, and an ever-changing sound!

We are well underway and so close to be done with it. It has best friends in it, more voices than you'll every know what to do with, and a lot of heart put into it.

This last year has been such a rollercoaster and it all comes out in this cd. I've poured my heart into it, and I know the people that have been helping me with it have too.

Once again the talented Matthew Wilcox has taken a huge part in recording and producing this with me. I am so blessed to work with him and have his talents and ideas all over this record. It wouldn't be at it's fullest without him!

I chose the name Medicine Bow based off of the origin i found in this writing: 

"The name "Medicine Bow" is legendary and reputedly derives its origin from the Native American tribes that frequented the area, mainly the Arapaho and Cheyenne. Along the banks of the river, the Native Americans found excellent material for making their bows. To them, anything they found good for a purpose was called "good medicine." Thus, the Native Americans named the river flowing through the area the Medicine Bow River"

This album has been huge for me. It's been my outlet and my rock in a lot of hard times. EVERY song on the cd holds great meaning to me, and have been written in times of struggle and times of joy. Something we could all look at as "good medicine" in the long run. Music is a lifeline to so many, and my hope in releasing this, as always, is to bring hope, joy, love, anything one might need to get through any random day they are having. Music is such an important thing in the world today, and sometimes feels to be one of the last remaining truths we are surrounded with. 

I can't wait to get this music into your hands. 

Please love with all your hearts and purpose to change the world :) we all have it in us, it's just a matter of taking the steps to inspire and change!

I love you all so much and you mean the world to me. I mean that every time I say it and that my friends is the truth :)
