what makes a great artist -  he is one that had he not existed others that followed would not do his style he created.  Selling a painting for 1 million is one of the criteria to for being one of the greatest living artists.

Today working at gallery finished a commission.  Verizon phone Treo acting up.... I keep fussing at it all the time.  Spent several hours rearranging paintings.  Friend of mine appears with eight of my paintings fro m Java Passage, she says they had them put away and brought them to me and said, oh, by the way I kept one of your paintings... it's like a 400.00 painting and before I could respond, she left........... Guess I'll have to go to her home to get it, I can give her a print, but right now I am so much in demand with work I need all I have.  that's alot of money ........

Going to Fayetteville Saturday to see Tom Moore and have him teach me more about doing faces.  Monday going to New York to see the Klimt paintings.
