jode is always saying "no bubble gum" "stop it with the gum" " are you gonna let them keep buying gum?"....montez came over and the kids went out on their bikes and came back with a giant bag of bubble gum, about 60 individually wrapped pieces of gum. cheap dollar general flavored bubble gum. each of the 3 kids probably  chewed 4 peices each before it was forgotten on top of jodes coffee counter in the kitchen.

this morning sonny spotted the gum and jumped up and got it, later i saw the bag on his desk and thought "the dogs wont want that" we went off to school/work. jode got home at 3:45 and put all the dogs out before going to get the kids. i got home at 4 to take zeke to a 5 oclock vet appt because hes been kind sick anyway. i went into sonnys room to ask him to come along to the vet with me and saw the empty bubble gum bag on the floor. amber could not have reached it on sonnys desk so i knew zeke was the culprit so we rushed off to the vet empty bag in tow. when we got there zeke went nuts he was soooo sugar buzzed he was choking himself on the leash and sprawled out on the slick floor from trying to go after everything to sniff. cost me an extra $80 for the meds to make him throw up and he never did! so now we are waiting for him to blow bubbles with his butt. it could be ok, it could be really bad depending on if he chewed it up and its a big gob or if he inhaled it all (his usual) so it could pass easier. it was good we brought the bag they wanted to see what was in it and the quantity. it was kinda funny but if its a big gob in there he will need a very expensive surgery so that would suck, especially on top of his existing health issue, and of 4 dogs hes the only one i really need.

one of the vets said that he burped and she smelled bubble gum....bad dog.
