...this is my life. I have reached the phase of my job search where the number of in-person interviews has caught up with the number of phone interviews. Since I have opened the job search nation-wide, I have flown to Houston once, driven to Greensboro, NC, and flown to Salt Lake City, from which point I had to drive to Rock Springs, WY. This week I will be flying to Houston again for a different interview. I would be enjoying the travel more if it were vacation-like, but it definitely isn't.
This past weekend was the first I have spent at my home in quite a while, and the best part was watching my Yellow Jackets put an ass-whupping on those Hokie birds. There's still a lot of football to be played, but this is looking like the best team Chan Gailey has fielded for us yet.
My fantasy team looks like it is going to pull its first win out of its ass this week, although if Donald Driver scores 38 or more fantasy points tonight my opponent will win. I have the lowest-scoring team in our league, and it's the last team that was still winless, so this win couldn't have come at a better time. I wish fantasy football weren't so addictively fun. I suck at it.
