I survived three months of job searching and interviewing, including a scare that had me thinking I was going to have to accept a job all the way out in Wyoming, and finally a much smaller move upstate.  The new job is quite nice so far.  The atmosphere there is much more encouraging than at my previous jobs, and I don't dread going to work in the mornings.  That's progress.

Finally I am settled enough in my new location to the point where I have time to blog again.  Relocating is really a chore, especially when you're on your own.

My Jackets are kicking ass, last week notwithstanding.  Jacksonville, here we come, for better or for worse.  Our basketball team is looking pretty good too, though they're obviously not on the level of a UCLA yet.

I'm supposed to play in a bowling tournament with my co-workers tomorrow.  That'll be interesting.  I think the last time I bowled was over a year ago.
