I got a chance to download the new Fru disc tonight from iTunes. WOW. Let me say that again. WOW.
I don't believe my ears will ever be the same again. This man blows me away on a regular basis, but this is one for the ages. Give it a sample, give it a listen. God, Central, Dark/Light, every song is a wonder of amazement for the senses.
It is experimental, melodic, thought-provoking, haunting, alive, moving music. This is the emotion of life- listen to it while you are able!
On another note- my brother has gone home after a week's visit. We saw a ton of stuff in London, Liverpool, and a little in Leicester. He also got to sample a few English beers in an appropriate setting (quiet country pub). Raise your glass to the Old Speckled Hen, my brother!
