Things we love this summer:

We loved our last couple of shows, at the High Dive and at the Brick in Roslyn.  Thanks to all of you who attended and made the nights so much fun.

Scott loves his super-heavy bass, so much so that he wielded it last weekend at the Showbox with Kirby Krackle.  (Geek power.)

Josh loves his fiancee Catherine, and they will be married in September.  Congrats Josh!

I love playing all the great shows I've had with Red Jacket Mine lately--last weekend at the Tractor with The Minus Five, and next on July 31st at the Crocodile, opening for Alejandro Escovedo.  Our new CD will be out in October, and we can't wait to share it with everyone. 

We love the album Sprezzatura by the Born Anchors.  It just keeps getting better with each listen. 

We love being *this close* to finished with our next album.  Dreamers will be done by the end of the year, come hell or high water.  We really, really love the cover art by our good friend Nyree Watts--it's breathtaking, as you would expect from Nyree. 

We love the sunny days and the warm nights. 

We love you, all of you.
