What was to be a quick pick-me-up ride before a show on Sunday evening turned into a multi-day debacle. My front wheel fell off while riding my bike at a pretty good clip around Druid Hill Lake, thus face met pavement and Gavin met multiple hospitals. Funny thing is at about the exact time as I was crashing, a drunk guy was crashing his van into the bar I was to be playing at that night, the same spot where I stand and usually go to early to set up. So I guess I got the better end of the stick. Check out the "Where a Helmet" album for more pix.

Sitting up is giving me a headache, so back to bed I go.
