1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?

-Let's see...

A) Made almost straight As for an entire semester.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

-I made none. I will make no more. New Years Eve means nothing to me.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

-I don't think so.

4. Did anyone close to you die?

-A few pets, two acquaintances, but no one really close.

5. What countries did you visit?

-My own.

6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?

-A job, a little more money, a college I will actually stay at, a driver's license and maybe a car, better friendships

7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

-May 13 (I Graduated high school), June 26 (My 18th birthday), August 18 (I moved into Medlin), and December 6.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

-Making a pretty good ACT score the first time, Graduating high school, getting through a semester of college (My GPA was 3.64), and many other things. It's been a productive year.

9. What was your biggest failure?

-Underestimating a college psychology class and making a B in it, not making enough friends in high school, and taking college too seriously.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?

-Yes! But very mild.

A) What I call a 'touch headache' for 3 months.

B) Strange chest pain which has not completely left.

C) Leg pain, probably from exercising too much and not stretching enough.

D) A cold, back in February.

E) A really bad cold or flu, or bronchitis, or something. I'm just getting over it.

F) I had a sinus infection last fall which infected the first 3 days of January.

G) Chronic good health.

11. What was the best thing you bought?

-'Fable' for PC, some CDs and books (a yearbook that I haven't gotten yet), and some other things. But I don't buy much stuff anymore.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?

-I don't really know...and that's kind of sad. I had some good teachers, met some good people, but 'celebration'...I don't know.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

-A few people. I'd rather not think about that.

14. Where did most of your money go?

-Books, laundry, lunch (when I was in high school).
 
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?

-Graduating high school (actually, that was kind of bittersweet), and starting college.

16. What song will always remind you of 2006?

-Many. I heard alot of songs this year.

-Let's see:

I. At the moment, not extremely happy, but fairly happy.
ii. Fatter. YAY!

-Social events, reading, and writing.

-Homework (believe it or not), taking things too seriously, shutting myself off in my room.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?

-At home with my parents.

-No...I didn't date anyone.

-See above ^.

-I haven't even had a three-minute stand.

-I didn't watch much TV...the one I remember the most is That 70s Show.

26. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

-I don't hate.

-1984 by George Orwell.

-Kamelot, Opeth, and 'Sailing to the World' by Yasunori Mitsuda.

-A high school diploma, college (for a semester), friends, etc.

-People who tolerate me.

-I only remember two 2006 movies that I watched...'Mission Impossible III' and 'Saw III'. I'm sure there were more, though.

32. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?

-I was 18. I had two friends over and watched '50 first dates'...lol.

33. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

-Better friendships.

34. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006?

-Whatever was in the closet.

35. What kept you sane?

-Using school to mask my problems.

36. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?

-Steve Pavlina, lol.

37. What political issue stirred you the most?

-War, I guess.

38. Who did you miss?

-They're all still here, for the most part. I guess myself.

39. Who was the best new person you met?

-I can think of a few.

40. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2006:

-I learned WAY too much this year:

A) People are not always what they seem like on the outside.

B) A high GPA is only worth so much.

C) Sometimes people can disagree with each other and both be right.

D) Dogma counts for very little.

E) Western civilization sucks.

F)People are not always dependable, even those with good intentions.

G)Attachment leads to jealousy. The shadow of greed, that is.

H)Wealth leads to fear; namely, the fear of losing wealth.

Hardly.
