This Sunday, we will be doing an obstacle course at Venice Beach that includes sections like crawling and jumping in the soft beach sand, and negotiating through a slalom section of cones. But being the fun loving program that we are, this course also has some less traditional activities such as a the Headstand Station, a Humor Station where you have to make someone laugh without touching them before you can advance to the next section, and the Trivia Station which includes a question such as "Name five parts of the body that start with the letter B." Then the group will do some outdoor circuit training in Marina del Rey. And as always, we award prizes to the participants who have the most fun!
Children between ages 10-18 are welcome to attend free with parent. (Children are NOT eligible for the Puck Award!)
