The Obstacle Course!

Resistance running, joke telling, head standing, ball throwing, cone zig-zagging, sand crawling, trivia answering... all just a few of the tasks that participants had to complete during week 2 at the Venice Beach Pier. And if that wasn't enough fun, there was plenty more to be had during a circuit training session in Marina Del Rey. Sure the exercises required some work, but there were hidden rewards throughout the course like Jamba Juice gift cards. Of course, at the end of the session, we handed out prizes and awards. Congrats to Douglas, the proud recipient of the "Energizer Bunny" commemorative cardboard plaque!
