Current mood:  stressed
Hello everyone, this is Mark Mendieta from Subject to Thoughts.  I really did not want to post this because it's of a personal matter, but it's a matter that hopefully you all can help.

I've been going through a lot of personal issues & one in particular that's really hard to deal with.  About a year ago, my aunt was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer, that news hit us pretty hard.  However, she had surgery & chemotherapy and thankfully she was cancer free.  However, about of couple of weeks ago, she went back to the doctor for her checkups, and once again we were burdened with bad news.  The cancer is back.  She will have to go through chemotherapy once again.  To anyone that's had a family member or yourself go through chemotherapy, it's tough.  Emotionally, it's been tough to deal with all this again, but we have to be strong for her.

Financially, is where the real problem lies.  As you can imagine, chemotherapy, doctor's visits, etc. are very expensive, so I want to do something for her where maybe I can help.  So my plea to all of you out there is if you wish to place a donation (send me an email to lakeofreason@aim.com and I'll provide you with information as to where you can donate), or if you wish, you can go to www.tarniusmusic.com/subjecttothoughts and purchase my CDs/downloads.  All the proceeds from my sales will go to her behalf.

This BY NO MEANS is it a scam or anything, nor is it a way to increase my sales of my CD's.  I don't want to come out sounding like a beggar.  This is a real situation our family is dealing with right now.  This year has really been extremely difficult & depressing.

Well, anyone that wishes to assist me in anyway, I would gladly appreciate the assistance.

BTW, my good friend BT Fasmer (from NewAgeMusic.nu) knows about this situation, so he can concur.

Thank you for your time,

Mark
