All packages are non-refundable.

Lessons are 1 hour long; Time lost due to being late can not be made up.

Minimum 24 hour cancellation policy.  Lesson may be rescheduled with 24 hour notice.  Less than 24 hour notice will result in a "No Show," and lesson time will be considered used.

The instructor holds the right to reschedule at any time due to bookings.  You will be given at least 24 hours notice of any rescheduling.

Lessons are generally held:

Wednesdays in Bucktown

Fridays in Libertyville

Special scheduling arrangements may be made.  Location is non-negotiable.
