Went on patrol tonight. Honestly? It could have went better.
But hey, it was my first patrol in a while. A long while. First step is always getting out the door.
I tried to use the downtown wireless network to access a streaming police scanner - just to see if was anything I should keep an eye out for, of course. However, the wireless net was glitchy and didn't work, and I couldn't find another unsecured network, so I gave up on it.
But I'm glad I got out, and trying to get back into the swing of things. And I accomplished at least one feat tonight:
I picked up some eggs. We were out.
