Hey Friends!
How are you? You look well today. What's up with the PGs? Well I'll tell you.
So I'm writing to you right now from a motel in Whitecourt, Alberta. Vanna is down, but not out. Carrying five sweaty, stinky dudes, and a crap load of gear took it out of her, and she tapped on a hill in Northern Alberta. The good news is, we'll be back on the road by tomorrow afternoon. Hooray! So, we're still gonna see you crazy kids in Ymir tomorrow, so we've got that going for us.
The last two shows were awesome and we're still having a blast dancin, drinkin, and singing with everybody. If you missed us on the way out, come hang out at one of the shows on the way back across the country. We're stoked to see you. Edmonton was a great night, and if you didn't get a chance to make it out to the "Green Day After Party" it's a shame as it was a great time. If you're in Edmonton, go hang out at the Likwid lounge. The staff, and regulars are awesome people. Many many thanks go out to our new pal Mark for being a great sound guy, and putting us up, as well as to Kate for making delicious Caesar's, and being a rad chick. Thanks as well go out to Eamon McGrath for playing with us. Great times.
Peace River! We love you. If you're in a touring band, or a traveller, stop in this town. Outside of being breath-takingly beautiful, the people are amazing. We played at the Java Domain, a very cool coffee place. There were people of all ages, and we had a great time dancing and singing with you. Super Hi-fives go to "Big Toe" Joe for hooking us up with the show, giving us beer, and a place to stay. Hi-fives also to our new pals Sangie (You're too cute, we've decided we're coming to NYC soon), Michelle(Stay punk lady!), Matt, and Scobie- the pitchfork wielding townie. Thanks also to the deer that ran by us when we were sitting outside of Rusty's.
Finally last but not least, a huge thanks to the friendly strangers who picked up myself and Little Joey somewhere out side of Valleyview Alberta. We had to hitch into Whitecourt cause Bulltit said we couldn't come in the tow truck. The big meany. So thank you to our new pal from Cape Breton, Jason, as well as to Lauren and Florence.
I think that's all for now. Again, the dancing and singing isn't stopping yet, so come join the party. Even Bulltit's been busting a move, and that should tell you something. : )
See you cats at the next show,
-Pat
