The final battle for congress has arrived.

24 bands have been selected to
participate in a unique opportunity to
help be apart of the local Chicago
music scene.

There are 2 opening slots on the main
stage at Congress Theater for the
Chicago Noise Machine I AM FEST.
The chosen 24 bands will be performing
at the world famous ELBO ROOM to
"BATTLE FOR CONGRESS". Their
show will be reviewed by 3 judges, the
audience in attendance and around the
world via our LIVE VIDEO FEED from
SYNC LIVE.

The top 4 bands will play the finals on
FRIDAY MAY 15th at Elbo Room.

1st Place : 2nd slot at I AM FEST
2nd Place: Opening slot at I AM FEST
3rd Place: Weekend MOBfest slot
4th Place: Professional Photoshoot
