Current mood:  thankful
Session [A] would like to thank everyone once again for supporting us at our past show on March 9.  The venue reached capacity, thanks to everyone who came out to witness good music with the rest of the Hip Hop community.  Thank you to Aceyalone for rockin' our stage and doing it for the people.  Another special thank you to Rhettmatic for sharing with us the many sounds and beats created by J Dilla that has moved us throughout the years.  Thank you to the heads who threw their fists up, gave Session [A] some feedback, and participatd in the DJ battle.

Please continue to respect the venue.  We are doing this for you.  Don't be the one to put an end to a positive thing.  Keep Session [A] going.

Peace and blessings,
Gail & the [A] Team

To the heads who support Session [A], leave us a message down there.  Feel free to share some good experiences you've had at Session [A] or how long you've been with us.

For every group that understands the preservation of Hip Hop culture, there's another that doesn't... Educate 'em. Always room for improvment. Keep it moving, Session A.  - FOUNDATION

Supremecy Records

Yea this Until CEO of Supremecy Records... I was there at the Visionaries sho today and just wanna say that it was my first show and open mic ever and I really enjoyed that shit.  It was cool as fuck to get up on stage at your event and experience sum real shit with the other mcees, specially with this saturated game of ice and bitches.

Thanks for being a home where hip hop can still be what it originallt wuz. One love yall.

Visionaries did there thing too, I enjoyed their show.

Until

I am so very proud of Session A.  From its conception in Mike and my dorm room, to its first public days having people think we were a bunch of weirdos with dusty records making all sorts of noise, to where it is now with artists like Aceyalone and Rhett being apart of it.  It's all so great, it makes me believe there is still a real love for hip hop.

Congrats Gail & the [A] Team and all supporters for holding it down for today and tomorrow.  Props to yesterday and the original crew: Mike (Goz was it? hehe), G4D (whattup!), Audible (whattup!), the Alamitos homies, and everyone back in the day who didn't think it was so weird to make noise on turtables, speak into a mic over a beat, or spin around on the floor.  Thanks for keeping a dream and an original idea alive and intact.

Best of luck,
-Transverz
