Liz McClarnon loses a stone hypnotically . . .

According to Liz McClarnon, she had quite the humiliating experience which led her to hypnosis.

McClarnon, of Atomic Kitty fame (web), participated in the reality television series Celebrity Love Island and was completely devastated by the humiliating weigh-ins and  the like.  See the top photo at right to see McClarnon all covered up next to other competitors.

After the program, she turned to her hypnotherapist mother to help her out.  She reports that it wasn't so much the weight that bothered her but her lack of confidence.

The hypnotherapy helped her immediately as she found herself kicking her junk food habit right away and regained her slimmer body along with a much healthier self-image and self-confidence.

I have found that with folks with a small amount of weight to lose, hypnosis works wonders and is often a single session solution.  For those with more to lose, there are a number of hypnotic processes that can be very beneficial . . . however, you don't get to wave a magick hypnotic wand, you still are the one who makes the changes.

However, those changes are more likely to stick and become lifelong habits with the assistance of hypnosis.
