First of all, here is a short video featuring Michael Cera of Arrested Development fame (with a cameo by Martin Starr). I have no idea where it's from, or if it's just a fun little short. Cera, by the way, will star in a Judd Apatow-Seth Rogen movie this summer. And he kind of looks like Beck now.
Also, Kausfiles links to a nice little story about John McCain. This is just one more reason I would prefer Rudy Giuliani to McCain if Republicans would like to take the less conservative route with the 2008 Presidential nomination. Giuliani wouldn't be my choice, of course; my ideal candidates would be Gingrich and Brownback, but that ticket would be hard to get elected, even against a campaign nightmare like Hillary Clinton or the all-sizzle-and-no-steak Obama. I like McCain as a person, but I do not want to see him get the GOP nom.
Thirdly...this is just funny.
Finally, I would have been more upset about how crappy the Chiefs looked last night if I hadn't expected it. I mean, this is what Herm Edwards does: he is a poor man's Marty Schottenheimer. That characterization may be a little less insulting in a month or so, since the Chargers are clearly the team to beat. Heck, if Tony la Rusa can win a World Series (scoring eight unearned runs in the process), Marty can win a Super Bowl.
