Jaguar Vortex

I am hypnotized by your naked flame

Every cell of me burns to scream out your name
Dwelling wild in the woods as Great Pan unchained
Surging satyr desire erupts in my veins

Inside my mind is a fierce thunderstorm
From its jaguar vortex is my lightning born
Forked and ragged it streaks out anew
Quicksilver jagged strikes forth into you

To penetrate, infiltrate deep inside
With the briny swell of the tiger tide
And a saffron song shall fate unearth
To fill you and thrill you in raging surf

I am a stallion of fiery mane
And my unicorn heart shall harbor no stain
We shall race on the rocks 'til the fall equinox
Hear the crowing of cocks that this secret unlocks

You have cast me as a crazed, centaur king
In a drunk, bacchic frenzy of love unending
You capture my soul with your dark maenad eyes
Ensnaring black coal that zzzt! electrifies

What does this mean? you don't know you don't know
But you can know this: in the warm afterglow
The panther pads soft thru the ebon black-hole
Behind a sky of dark velvet the bright stars unfold

I know you think of me, I think of you still
With the dying of summer and each coming chill
As the lake ripple mirrors the nearly full moon
I hear your soft voice in the call of the Loon
