  Our Lady Peace is a Canadian alternative rock band that formed in Toronto, Canada in 1992. Widely recognized by its abbreviation OLP, the band currently consists of members: Raine Maida, Duncan Coutts, Jeremy Taggart and Steve Mazur.   Sloan is four distinct songwriting voices - guitarists Patrick Pentland and Jay Ferguson, bassist Chris Murphy and drummer Andrew Scott - that nonetheless form a cohesive collective. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Dobson cites musical influences such as Judy Garland and Kurt Cobain, although she might be considered comparable to Alanis Morissette, Ana Johnsson, and Nellie McKay. Dobson is known for a blend of styles, incorporating her unique voice with heavy electric guitar riffs.   Faber Drive is a four-piece, Juno award nominated Canadian rock band from Mission, British Columbia. They have toured with bands such as Hedley, Marianas Trench, Simple Plan and Metro Station. They have gained a huge amount of popularity in many parts of Canada.   Social Code is a Canadian modern rock group from Edmonton, Alberta Canada. The band's first album was released in 2004 which sold over 20,000 copies. The band went on to do shows with Rise Against, Fall Out Boy, Deftones and Good Charlotte among others.   Fusing an underground edge with mainstream melodies, the Latency is the newest breed of band that will make you stand up and notice with blistering riffs and soaring melodies.
