"Who wants war"  is a ditty i penned for my rock band THE HEAT to play out.

Yet the question remains: who really does want WAR to happen.

Not me for sure.

Any war-mongers out there who feel that a little war is a goode thang?

Any war-monger types out there who feel that A few thousand dead bodies and some billions of corpse flies is okay?

Can I get an: AMEN? how about a: hell yeah? or maybe a: Holy hell! what about an: OH GOD!

And then there's always: MEDIC!

what about all the folkes who don't die but are maimed for  the rest of their lives.  Most war stratagy is built on the premise of slowing the enemy and getting the enemy to use up all their resources taking care of wounded.

It's the oldest trick in the book.

Typing of old tricks, what about ARMS DEALERS. they might want a little action or conflict.

Or what about those folkes who go around fixing and rebuilding like DICK CHENEYS COMPANY. maybe they see a litle bloodshed and explosions as good things.

And then there's the anarchy that's fostered whenever war is in full battle mode.

The innocent children and farmers and the farmers wives and the little farm animals and the homes all are in mortal danger because of the powers that be wanting to shed a little blood.

Not their own blood oh no, but the blood of aunts and uncles and suzys and bobbys and mikos and achmeds and loveing fathers and  doteing mothers and cute little babies who don't even have names yet.

All so the fat cats  and kinglets and power-mongers can get what they want. The fatcats who build the Dams and run the electric companies and who sell us the water under our feet. The fat cat power brokers who control the "OIL". The men Who charge me money to live on the God given land.

Let me see, I'm "paying" for water and land on my own planet.  where else am i gonna go? I mean what  is that all about. I don't pay,  I got to move ? okay, where?

See, that's when the problems arise.

When you stop being a team player. when you turn off the football games on almost every night of the week  if you turn off the teevee "during government elections" and you turn off the basket ball and golf games and tennis matchs and fishing showes and dance competitions and beauty contests and then you sit and think about how you're paying for electricity and water and land.   You sit in the quiet and  you remember loved ones and comrades and goode times and favorite places and you maybe realize how good it could be if there was a new direction away from war and that empirical profiteering from natural resources.

The farmers just wish to farm in peace. The children need to play and eat. the wives only wish to work beside their husbands.

the world craves peace and harmony. War is anything but.

Who wants war?

Not the farmers, toiling in their fields.

Who wants war. is it generals? so they can practice GENOCIDE?

Who does want war? not me. for sure.

I just wish I knew how to help stop war.

 Who "does" wants war?

 Not me.
