Current mood:  excited
The new album 'Now Was The Time' has finally gone to press. The release date is scheduled for 27th October, with an official launch night being held at The Bottleneck Blues Club in Rochester. Hope that some of you can make it, should be a special night.

A couple more tracks from the album will be added to the page later today, hope that you like them.

The album has a mix of vocal tracks and instrumentals, originals and covers. It's truly representative of what you would hear at a live gig, just vocals, guitar and the stomping of a foot.

Some tracks were recorded at home, in the cellar and others at Jim Riley's Ranscombe Studios.

It's been a long time coming...........Now Was The Time.

Can't wait to hear some good tunes - doubly so considering I will probably never make it across the pond to an actual show. :)  I will have to bug the local record shop to import it.

Congrats on finishing up the record!

If the tracks "The mercy man" and "No wonder she left me" are anything to go by, this will be an amazing album. Don't know anybody who gets to the core of what the blues is about like you do. Oh, how I wish a Stockholm gig could be arranged. But, as that seems unlikely, I guess I'll probably have to go see you in the UK this autumn. Best of luck, Kris!

I always wondered what it was like to hear Robert Johnson live (that is, how much one man could do with a single guitar), and this is probably as close as I'm likely to get. You're a true disciple of the art - Best of luck with the new album - Joe
