Great things come in threes. Alex began recording his third album earlier this year shortly after writing with other artists and during his extensive tour schedule. He had around 22 songs kicking around in his head, from which the 13 below were selected. As an artist with an ever-evolving sound, he wanted this album to be a true expression of where he is musically at this juncture in his life and career. The tracks are rich with references to classic funk, pop, rock, and soul. The result is "Alex Cuba", the album, which is being released today in Canada. To our U.S. friends, the wait will not be long as we plan to release it there this Spring. Check it out at your favourite music store.
