Such a thrill
diving with you
to discover what has been so long submerged
gently working below the surface
exploring in dim light
seeking to excite
to elicit the electrical underwater
a secret, brilliant show
hidden from the world away
Take me again, my love
to that place where you show me
myself
in splendor
then release me
bubbling
back to the surface
with a catch of breath
a gasp of life
buoyant once more
