Current mood:  working
So you might be wondering what happened to Days 3-5??  Well, they were busy.

I'll have to keep it short since we've got to leave for the airport soon.

We had a crazy and fun time at NACA.  Met a lot of cool people from a lot of cool colleges.  My new favorite states might be Washington and Utah and Oregon, I met so many great people from there.  Colorado and Montana people also were rock n' roll! And last but not least, I can't forget my San Diego girls and San Francisco girls...though they were kind of dorky (inside joke).

Anyway, we had a crazy sound check because they changed our times on us.  It was a little weird.  We showed up at 8:45am ready to go and they said 'oh actually we're moving your soundcheck and show time, you're first today to play and your sound check is now later!'  Yikes.  We were a little confused after that and almost didn't make it backto sound check because well...nobody told us when sound check was.  It didn't matter once we got on stage and the curtain opened.  We had a blast.  We started ofon Come On Come On even as the curtain was opening up.  The curtain hadn't even opened the whole way and people were already jumping out of their seats and running up to the stage!  We slowed it down after for just a little with Wake Up, Beautiful and decided it was time to get everyone dancing again so we launched into our cover of Sweet Dreams and took it home with Avalanche, everyone dancing and clapping around the stage.  And that's it, that's all the time we had.  It went so quickly and it was a lot of fun.

I wish I could go into more of the happenings after that but it's time to load up the car and head to the airport for the long flight back to Pittsburgh.  I do have to say I'll miss all of my new NACA friends and the 80 degree weather...apparently it's 30 degrees back home.  Perhaps I'll put my sweater in my carry-on.

See you soon California, we'll be back!
