great idea because is superr important grow with family love =), here in Mexico I knew some years ago about a pilot program ....... married persons who can´t have own childrens was invite to leave in a new town the S.O.S. town, and they have there a house with garden and they adopt 3 or 4 children and live like a family =) I remember because in November I use the road Campeche State and I see the signal.... S,O,S Town ........ I think they have enternet page .....I will see and write to you =)
