I deeply cut the crap out of my fretting hand index finger with Xacto knife at work and cannot play guitar for a few weeks. I received 7 stitches and don't get them removed until Friday (at the earliest). Below are lovely pre-stitches photos of the wound. I'm really sorry about this and obviously would rather play the show than have this injury.
