We've recently acquired two rather useful Rehearsal Rooms in Leith which are now up and running and available for hire.

Both rooms fully soundproofed and 24 hour access is possible. There's free wireless internet on hand and lots of cool kit is available. As we're just getting going, rates are cheap as chips and there is the possibility to get even better deals by block booking a few hours each week in advance.

The rooms are located near the Leith end of Ferry Rd, on the grounds of the old Portland Business Centre on Portland St, just off North Fort St (the Village pub is nearby, on South Fort St). We're on bus routes 7, 14, 21, 1, 10 & 34 and there is also free parking on site.

Aberfeldy have been in Room 1 for the last couple of months so that is currently without backline (and therefore cheaper) but Room 2 is fully kitted out with lots of amps and PA/mikes etc.

Rates are as follows:

Room 2: £9/hr (peak); £7/hr (off-peak); w/e and monthly rates negotiable. All-night hire available.

12 hrs / month at £90 = 17% discount (saving almost 20 quid) = over 2 hours free
24 hrs / month at £160 = 25% (saving over 50 quid) = almost 6 hours free
36 hrs / month at £200 = almost 40% off (saving £125) = almost 14 hours for free

Room 1: £8/hr (peak); £6/hr (off-peak); w/e and monthly rates negotiable. All-night hire available.

12 hrs / month at £80 (saving 16 quid) = 2 hrs for free.
24 hrs / month at £144 (£48 off £192) = 6 hrs for free
36 hrs / month at £170 (£115 off £288) = over 14 hours for free
