Merry Christmas Everyone!

Now, obviously it's that time of year... and you're expecting me to brag about getting loads of presents, or eating loads of food, or something else... but to tell you the truth, I had a very quiet Christmas this year.  Not a lot of presents, but it wasn't too bad

I obviously wish that everyone out there had a very happy/rewarding Christmas, but you must also remember that presents isn't all that Christmas is about - all that matters to me is that I spent it with my family... just the way I like Christmas!

For instance - a good thing about Christmas this year... has to be something on the tellybox at 7 pm... Doctor Who returned to our screens in "The Runaway Bride" in which he fought against the Emperor Arachnoss (is that spelt right?) aided by the ever-wonderful soon-to-be-bride, Donna.

Christmas... is also about the birth of Jesus, and remembering the prophet's coming to earth - to save us all.  At least... that's what it used to be about, many many years ago... now Christmas is all commercialised, with large companies fighting for your attention (and money) while the true meaning of Christmas lies forgotten, beneath a blanket of wrapping paper and christmas tree needles...

It's about time that we remember the truth of Christmas, and try not to let the presents take over Christmas next year...
