Hellowwww my little Easter bunnies!! How was your Easter? Mine was really great. I went home to my mom's in Gatineau (HULL!) for a few days and got to hang out with my friends and fam. One of my best friends who I hadn't seen in a year was in town and we got to hang out with our old high school friends! What a wonderful blast from the past that was. I was one happy girl :)

Other than that, I took my little brother to see Monsters vs Aliens. It was a good movie, but not as amazing as some the other ones (think Bolt! You guys gotta see it!!) So that was fun. I also spent some time with my girlfriends :) Heehee. Some girly time is always much needed once in a while. And of course, Sunday brunch with the fam was sooo yummy. Crepes, sausages, ham, bacon, fruit salad, little breakfast potatoes. And loooooots of chocolate eggies, bunnies, and creme eggs. I think I overdosed, hahaha.

On the train ride to and from Gatineau, I felt very inspired and wrote down lots of thoughts and ideas for new songs. I also brainstormed in preparation for my upcoming shows! I'm excited. Heehee. I really love taking the train. 4 and a half hours go by extremely quickly, and it gives me the chance to daydream, listening to my mp3 player, read, just be in my little bubble. I cherish that time I have to myself.
