My people,
I was home working on music  and planning a few community projects for the spring and summer, when I recieved some disturbing news.  I recieved a letter that was confirmed by a report on the radio station 101.5 FM that NJ has started a 30 TICKET FRENZY. The elected officials of the State of New Jersey have inacted this plan to generate an estimated 9 MILLION DOLLARS within a 30 DAY TIME FRAME.  One Million dollars is estimated to go toward PAYING the state troopers OVERTIME.
 The plan is to have state troopers on duty at all times patrolling the 9 main intersections and highways to include:
I-295 North and South
I-95 Jersey Turnpike North and South
I-287 North and South
I-78 East and West
I-195 East and West
I-280 East and West
Route 130- North and South
Garden State Parkway  NORTH AND SOUTH
5MPH ABOVE the speed limit can JUSTIFY a ticket and the troopers are supposed to pull a car over EVERY 10-20 minutes.  They have 30 brand new CROWN VIC crusers and are bringing in ALL their part-timers on FULL TIME STATUS.
I recommend that we all stay alert on the road so as not to end up comming out of pocket durinng these already hard economic times.
