i broke my back in january 09- and i am here august 09- no surgery, healed myself without surgery.... daily pain is just something you learn to deal with.... i am so blessed to not be paralyzed, to have all the healers that have coming into my life constantly, helping me to grow, heal, and stay focused on a painfree future.... I am blessed to be in this community of love, music and dance.. and my reunion with the dancefloor has been one filled with joy, acceptance, with a sprinkle of uncomfortable.... im am daily grateful for this strong healing human body!!! a positive mind is unstoppable!

the playa was the first place i did not wear my backbrace daily.. and i did have to lay down for several hours in my van due to pain..... healing and waiting for strength to return..  but love came thru and i was on the dancefloor in no time!!!.what a magical place to heal...
