Chuck the Movieguy tried to take advantage of the new American Recovery and Re-Investment Act President Obama signed (2009 Stimulus Package) that encourages home owners to go green by installing a wind turbine and/or solar panels. Beaver County, PA officials made him tear his wind turbine down. WHY???

I live in PA and for one can tell you first hand.. that every single person that is some kind of political higharchy is a f*cktard.. they are not in the position becuz they are qualified.. they are they only becuz they one only the finest qualities knee pads and send brown bags full benjamin's for lunch... Any state that takes 100 days (and still counting) over there ending fiscal year to figure out there spending plan for there new year is.. well.. self explaintory... which is why.. in a month or so I will be out of here.. I hope... Hope things are well Carrie.. havent missed an episode yet... You rock Girl!!!!
