Current mood:  breezy
I am freezing my ass off this morning.  It's a lovely 57 degrees.  This is Florida for God's sake.  Speaking of which, I was discussing this little cold front with a co-worker in the elevator on Thursday.  I mentioned that when it's below 75 I am usually frozen.  A man, who I've never seen before, out of the blue, tells me I need to put on some weight and then I would be fine.  WTF?  Rudeness.  I've dropped 30 pounds in the last 3 months.  It's a little much, I know that, but it's stress.  Ugly cycle.  If I eat when I'm stressed, it makes me sick.  Extremely sick.  So I don't eat.  Then I go so long without eating that when I finally do, guess what?  It makes me sick, too.  Now, I'm taking baby steps to try to do better.  I make myself eat at least once a day. I'm actually trying to put on about 10 pounds.  I'm too "hippy" to be under 135.  So onward.  This morning, I REALLY dislike my beastly cats.  At 5:30 this morning, I had multiple animals surrounding me.  One was howling like a baby, one was licking my face with their sandpaper tongue (so not the kind of tongue you want to wake up with), one biting my fingers, and last but not least, one bathing next to me.  I made the mistake, again, of not feeding them before bedtime.  Let me point out here that Phineas was the one bathing next to me.  Phineas was a mother's day gift last year.  He's a boy but he is SO gay.  Any human who has met him knows it.  He's thin, slinky, and very effeminate.  When he bathes, he smacks his mouth like a person chomping gum.  It's no small thing to try to sleep with that next to you.  Ugh.  So I had a really good day yesterday.  An emotionally enlightening day.  I feel good.  I feel good today, too.  Emotionally.  Physically, I'll Know more after the headache meds kick in.  "The pollen forecast for your area is high," so says the weather channel and my head is feeling it.  We are supposed to be moving this weekend.  It's a good weekend to do it with the cooler weather.  However, the genius cousin, forgot to tell me on Wednesday that we needed to fill out our rental application.  The poor man called me Friday to find out if it was done, yet.  Go figure.  I didn't have a clue as to what he was talking about.  I've never rented before in my life, how would I know there's a process?  I had to work with Tommy Boy on Friday afternoon so I didn't get it done until late Friday night.  Now, I'm just sort of in limbo waiting to hear back.  Can you say priorities?  I will be so glad when this is over.  The move.  Can I just ask how the hell did John Cho (Harold from Harold & Kumar?) go from playing Harold to a serious role in a wierd ass drama series?  I guess stranger things have happened.
