If you have never tried or heard of wheat grass, now is a good time to get familiar with this herb. Of all the many green plants wheat grass contains over 100 elements that we need in our system. It is very high in oxygen which is good for all bodily functions especially the brain. Wheatgrasss extract has high chlorophyll that can be helpful for numerous ailments. Chlorophyll helps purify the liver, improve blood sugar, cleans digestive tracts etc...
Wheatgrass juice can remove scars if taken over a long period of time, It prevents tooth decay, and is a healer inside and outside of the body. The list goes on and on, the problem is that most people are not aware of the common plants that can be used instead of drugs. I introduced my sister to it and she got rid of at least 5 bottles of pills/creams out of her cabinet one by one. Incoperate wheatgrass juice in your diet and improve the standard of your eating habbits one step at a time.

If you're already a wheat grass juice drinker share your thoughts if it has been beneficial or not for you

Alot of vitamin and mineral shops sell the powder form that you can find all over. Certain stores specializing in health juices will make the drink fresh like Jamba Juice., but you can just buy the wheatgrass and juice it yourself if you have a good juicer.

I agree this is a miracle plant, but it's taste is less than great. All I had was a shot one time but that was enough they say.

Wheatgrass is naturally sweet and isn't bad tasting at all. I've taken wheat grass many times and I can feel the effects immediately.  It is best when freshly juiced. It can be found in health juice bars and frozen at whole foods supermarkets.

Wheatgrass is an excellent drink, especially first thing in the morning, I usually swish it between my teeth and then swallow. The only down side to wheatgrass is drinking too much and then not puting anything else in your stomach, it can upset the stomach. A few onces does the trick. -The beneifits are numerous and fresh is the best!
