O.k. I am sitting behind the computer screen, joe berry mixing, singing and cursing in the background. My trip to the blog/confessional is an attempt to clear my head. It seems that at times I am not the most effective communicator. So there are some things I should say so that I can put them out in cyberspace for all to see and perhaps even hear.

1. I love SOULFUL and FUNKY music.

2. Simple things amuze me.

3. People that champion social situations amaze me.

4. I don't spend enough time on the phone.

5. Because of a large age discrepancy between my sister and I, I grew up as the only child in the house... that doesn't mean that I don't play nice with others but it does mean that sometimes I don't want to.

6. I am more conservative than you think.

7. I don't like arguing or raising my voice.

8. More often than not I like the B-sides and you should too.

9. There are LOTS of times when I hold my tongue.

10. I love helping people.

So with all of that being said. Here I sit passionate and motivated. The fire that burns within is one that has been fueled by love. Love for people, Love for art and music, Love for a great tasting beverage, Love for energy, Love for smiles and laughter. The fire is fueled even more when I receive love from family, friends, supporters, co-workers and you!

My wish to all of you is that you find somethings that shakes your soul, inspires you to be better and motivates you to live life to the fullest.
