Today was a mad lazy day for me as far as breaking is concerned. I didn't do so much as a handstand. I probably could have fought off the soreness and made shit happen, but I for reall just didn't feel like it. I'm actually a little worried I'm going to be at a significant incapacity for New Kids 4 tomorrow! LAAAAME! On top of that today is the last day I'm going to get to see my main man Dr. Effeneddi. Pretty not hype about that, I've seen him come and go at least 10 times now but I'm never happy about it. I think each time it happens makes me realize that I'm a little older, and my life has changed just a little bit. Seeing him always reminds me of everything thats happened up to this point.

Its been a long long time and I have memories of Dr. E and I dating back to kindergarten... thats a long flippin time... I remember stuff like standing on the front wheel of his bike blocking his path and threatening him until he made up with another friend. Saying shit like "you fucking farted on my fries bitch!" gimp pains, having him sign off for a paper I turned in to a class that he WASN'T EVEN IN... one month of fighting for top grades on Econ papers...  Jack in the Box... so much has happened. I can't believe how far its come... how far will it go? When will it stop being so awesome and start turning to dust. Such thoughts often depress me, but for now I can relax and enjoy the remainder of my youth.

On a last note I got a hold of the Nujabes collection tonight, its the shit.. calming music like this really helps me with a time like now when I feel like meditation and centering oneself is important. If you guys can get a hold of it I suggest you do, its well worth it.
