This story is too priceless to keep to myself, so here goes:

My roommate (Jeromey) and I had just finished roller blading at the park today, and I had to stop by Home Depot to get some duct tape for work. (Now, to those of you that are wondering why I would need duct tape for my job... use your imaginations! =P) So, we knew that it was somewhere in the plumbing section, as the specific brand I use is actually plumbing duct tape apparently... how appropriate is that?!? Anyway, I digress. An elderly man saw me looking lost and he says, "Can I help you find something, ma'am?" I told him that I needed plumbing tape. He then leads me to the wrong kind, and I give him the brand name. He says, "OH!" and begins walking toward the good stuff. Making friendly conversation along the way, he asks me, "What are you using it for?"

I have NEVER been so lost for words in my entire life! HAHA!!! I should have said, "Well, you asked, so here goes! I use it to..." The poor little man probably would have had a heart attack on the spot though and I just can't be responsible for such a thing... /sigh

I FINALLY managed to stutter, "Uh-I-er-I use it for work a lot." Not to self: Be better prepared for such questions in the future!
