I suppose this is the first blog entry for The Names and Faces, so perhaps some band history may be appropriate.  We first started playing together as a band back in september/october of 2005 in a auditorium in D'Avery hall on UNB campus Fredericton. From there we began to practice together on regular basis.  For approx six months the roster would settle six regulars,  being myself Ryan Jess(keys),  Brad Perry (elec guitar),  Heather Oglivie,  Mike G (drums) Mike B (Bass) and Wesley Allan Simpson (Vocs/Guitar). The first public showing of our music would be at the Underground Cafe in March 05, under the name "Wesley Allan Simpson and Friends".   Our first official first show however was at 'The Capital' bar on September 21st.
