So this is probably the last post before I leave for Nashville, but I'm going there tomorrow morning perform in an exclusive industry showcase at Rocketown, a well known Nashville club.
A few months back, I was contacted by Austin Cook, VP of A&R/Artist Development at 'Band With A Mission' to come and perform in their once-a-year showcase for major and indie labels, publishers, management and the like!
I'm really happy that I got the opportunity to go and play and I'm ready for this. Last night I had a cool gig come up to play at a wine tasting event and I really think it put me in the right frame of mind for this show.
You never really know how you're going to be when it's finally your turn up there, but I'll tell you what, I'm leaving it all on that stage. This is a very big opportunity for me to impress a hell of a lot of people who have never heard of me. And that's what I'm going to do.
So keep me in your prayers and thoughts on Monday. Hopefully I'll post some notes and pictures from the event, but if not, I'll definitely do it when I get back.
