My very first blog!! Funny because I'm a web developer, should be on top of this stuff.. why?: I don't write often enough... and usually don't have tons of time for community activities, or IM The Musicgroups Network development is keeping me pretty occupied these days as I'm pushing like crazy to get the next MG update finished eta.. couple of months still. 10,000 spam mails a day doesn't help.. What have I been doing?: Launching the first standalone version of our music system. Our new launch with Rock.com has been a huge success. Lots of bands signing up and we haven't even made a press release yet! I'm very impressed with the music being added every day now. Some great new bands coming up. Well, I'm officially a member of myspace now..checking out the competition, Hopefully a future business partner! Myspace is amazing! Great site with a huge music presence! Musicgroups.com is looking for sites like myspace and tribe as a partners for the network application we have designed. The system I'm trying to build merges users across different sites..into an interactive music only yellow pages..myspace and tribe can have the rest..: ) Looking forward to meeting lots of new bands and musicians!
