Hey folks. I am not trying to sound as if I have all the answers to the music industry. I have however worked with some great people, and gained some experience in the field. I have saw the managers/booking agents who are shysters at work, and I have been blessed to see the good ones as well. I would love to be able to pass any info I have along to young, or not so young artist who are trying to carve a successful career out . Please drop me a line with your thoughts and or questions. I have performed at many festivals and events through the years. I can't remember when I had a better time than at the Appalachian Uprising in Eden Valley in Scottown Ohio. I met with the Three Steves. Great guys, And Robyn,, I cant say enough about her. The music was incredible. The Grascals. Shannon Whitworth, The Avett Brothers, and a lot more. That was only Thursday night. I had to leave out Friday morning, for I had a show somwhere else Friday night. If you want to be at the ultimate damn bluegrass fest. You need to catch this event next year guys. It is the best around .. Period.

hey Jerry, it seems you had a damn great time in Ohio.
I am far from there here in Germany
you know but will try to be there one day to experience the Appalachian Uprising.

And when I can make this happen I do hope to see you performing there.

Maybe you didn..t know so far but the guys of this awesome festival are on MySpace.

I am pretty sure you and every other bluegrass friend else here in the space wanna add them.

PS: It was a pleasure for me to work out the Ireland Tour together with you and your Appalachian Artist Mgt team.

Everything worked out hand in hand. That..s a reason to say thank you for that to all you guys.

Jerry I know you are looking forward to be there this autumn but I am also pretty sure
Ireland will have a great experience with Jerry Harmon.
