Lately my life seems to be about obsessive time management and superlative organizing so I can create lots of pockets of time to write songs, sing, hear other musicians, teach singers, etc. So now I have a personal assistant named Andre, well, actually he's a robot--he's a roomba I just got at Costco. He's so great, he's cleaning the bathroom right now much more obsessively than I ever will and I don't even have to pay him.

I'm sure you all don't spend all day watching 'Days of Our Lives' (or do you?) but if you did you would have heard my song 'No Guarantee' on it a while back. The Irrationals, a totally cool a cappella quintet in the Bay Area, are currently recording my song 'Living on the Edge'--no, not the Aerosmith song, this one is better. Well, not better, it's an apples and oranges thing. Tom licensed a song to Lucasfilms this year, and he just licensed two songs to the Chatanooga wing of NPR. I have to put stuff about him here because he's too busy working in his studio to get a myspace page together.
I finally finished recording my instructional thing 'Singing with Style' --It's three CDs of singing technique plus jazz singing advice, vocal style stuff, how sing riffs, ornaments, scat singing, lots more. More info and a bunch of sound clips are here.
