Hey Dubya, didja EVER think of stopping the war that is garnering you such a low approval rating (the lowest in the history of the presidency) and using THAT money for the schools?? Sorry, I forgot for a second that you couldnt do that because it would actually be GOOD government. Using the peoples money for the people and not your own personal agenda goes against the grain.
