Ah, the joys of FilmFour. I recorded Southern Comfort (starring Keith Carradine and Powers Boothe and directed by Walter Hill - good enough for me) and watched it last night. One of those 'they don't make 'em like they used to' movies, in that there isn't an obvious good guy and the ending is a bit ambiguous. It's a bit of a Deliverance rip off, but what the hell. Great music courtesy of Ry Cooder, excellent direction and performances. FilmFour are repeating it this weekend - definitely worth a watch.
