Princeton WordNet, the definition of
intoxicated: as if under the influence of alcohol; "felt intoxicated by her success"; "drunk with excitement"
Would someone still be considered "drunk" if they remember, say 90% of what happened, the night they were drunk?
Since there is no reference to memory and/or judgement, and only the term "intoxicated" I wouldn't think it would matter.
